VIP Ladder - This system tracks players and matches in tournaments via a point system. The system runs on the internet through a CGI program written in C with HTML entry screens and output. This system has logged more than 100,000 matches from nearly 16,500 players around the world.

Cornerstone system
This system is a multi-user application written in FoxPro. The project is a team effort involving 16 people. The system gathers Women, Infants and Children, Case Management, Breast and Cervical Cancer, Diabetes, Immunization and Early Intervention data for the Illinois Department of Human Services from nearly 300 clinics across the state of Illinois. This gathered data is processed at the central office and redistributed to the clinics and the mainframe.

eQuest Support Team Leader
Served as second level support team leader and problem solver for the Cornerstone system. The support team consisted of four people managing calls with the HEAT (by Bendata) helpdesk software. Support calls involved diagnosing and solving problems by remotely connecting to clinics, checking tables, rebuilding indexes, transferring files, checking file integrity and following program flow (using source code). Created documentation and tools for automating support tasks.
